UFPI board approves semiannual dividend of $0.18 per share

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich., Oct. 17, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Universal Forest Products, Inc. (Nasdaq: UFPI) Board of Directors approved a semiannual dividend payment of $0.18 per share at their October 16, 2018, meeting. The dividend is payable on December 15, 2018, to shareholders of record on December 1, 2018.

On Tuesday, October 16, 2018, Universal announced record third-quarter 2018 results with net earnings of $41.2 million or $0.66 per share.
