The 30’x96’ greenhouse incorporates an underground radiant heating system and all functions will be fully automated through the company’s SMARTAPP mobile automation app. The SMARTAPP, newly available in Apple App Store, enables cultivators to manage their crops with precision and efficiency. The customer will take delivery by January 31, 2018 at a sales price of roughly $135,000, and expects the greenhouse to produce approximately $1 million in revenue during the first year of operation.
